SHIPPING> COST AND SHIPPING METHOD

Shipments are charged to the customer. For non-EU countries the rates are given in the appropriate table. Shipments are made via DHL courier.
Please note that all the additional freight, delivery or postal charges and any other costs that can not be reasonably calculated in advance will be charged to the customer.
Parcels destined to European Union countries do not contain internal invoice nor any other documents with the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by the customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items.

MADE IN GOEL sends all over the world by DHL courier.
 
Available Articles
Made in GOEL company, before shipping the items, sends by e-mail an order confirmation receipt to the customer.
The already available items are shipped in 4 working days (Monday-Friday) from date of order. The transmission of the order form implies the obligation to pay the price, inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes.
During the sale or promotion period, shipments may take longer.

Order Status
You can check the progress of your orders directly online by accessing to MY AREA. The item already available orders, once confirmed and fulfilled, can not be changed.

Items in Pre-order
On the site www.cangiari.com you can pre-order items whose arrival is scheduled for the following months.
Articles in Pre-order will be shipped as they become available in stock.
The payment is made at the time of the order, although the items will be shipped later.
Please remember that MADE IN GOEL can ask its bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even contacting the counterparty bank. This check may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Estimated time for delivery from fate of shipment:
- USA and Canada: 1-3 working days depending on the destination
- Europe: 1 working day to major destinations / 2-3 working days to the remote destinations
- Latin America: 3-4 working days
- Asia and Middle East: 2-3 working days
- Australia and Oceania: 2-3 working days to major destinations / 4-5 working days to the remote destinations
- Africa: 2-4 working days
Russian Federation: 3-4 working days (DHL) / 20 days (EMS Russian Post)
MADE IN GOEL is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and/or controls, force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances or otherwise in circumstances which are beyond the control of made in GOEL.

SHIPPING > TRACKING OF SHIPMENT
When the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the expedition. MADE IN GOEL is not in any way responsible for this service and its accuracy and prediction being organized and carried out by courier.
In case of delays due to customs offices, the Customer will be contacted directly by courier or by MADE IN GOEL.

SHIPPING > ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the items, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a successful delivery of the shipment test signature. MADE IN GOEL packs are carefully packed in a box with paper tape with MADE IN GOEL stamp around the package.
If for any reason the package should appear tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse it. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of its tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and in detail to MADE IN GOEL at: amministrazione@cangiari.it.
If the package was damaged or missing part of the items, the packaging has to be stored for further investigation.
Any notification concerning damage, missing or misdirected delivery must arrive to MADE IN GOEL at: amministrazione@cangiari.it within 10 days from the resulting delivery date on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with MADE IN GOEL and are committed, therefore, to accept delivery of their package. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the Customer (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect number of telephone, etc.) or if the Client refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from refund due to the Customer.
